Nigel is a Jersey-man. He has cruised, explored and raced in the Channel Islands waters and adjacent coast of France since 1999. He is a keen racer and has had a lot of success on his racing yacht Toybox. He also runs a marine electronics and surveying business and yacht delivery business. Outside of yachting, Nigel enjoys snowboarding, motorcycling and cycling amongst many other activities.
Nigel holds a commercially endorsed RYA Yachtmaster Offshore Certificate, a Jersey Boatmaster License, Sea Survival Certificate, VHF Radio Operators Certificate, First Aid Certificate, International Certificate of Competence, RYA Cruising Instructor Certificate and an RYA Powerboat Level 2 Instructors certificate.
